Common values and friendship are the cornerstones of our partnership philosophy – our partners have been friends and colleagues for many years prior to the founding Verajoy Capital. Through our shared values and vision, the partners have been working seamlessly to make capital deployment and asset management decisions. As we continue to build our US investment platform, we have relied on the same philosophy when building longstanding relationships with new partners in the Bay Area.
Our senior management team has collectively over 50 years of commercial real estate investment, development and financing experience. Key members of the senior management team have accumulated robust investment and asset management track record from our parent company Verakin Group, as well as major multinational financial services firms such as Warburg Pincus, Merrill Lynch
Our team members live and work locally and align their interest with our investment vehicle through co-investing a significant portion of their personal net worth into each project.
